30-Day Trial. Test It.
No stores to visit. Just a program that lets you try first, decide later. Because we’re Aceways. And so is our return policy. 
Train in it. Live in it. Break it in. If it doesn’t hold up—or just doesn’t work for you—send it back within 30 days of delivery. We’ll handle the rest. 
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery—even if you’ve trained in it, lived in it, or tested it out. 
 
Got a damaged item or quality issue? Contact Customer Service and we’ll make it right. 

Tips for Easy Returns 
Items must be returned with shoe boxes, packaging, extra laces, and all tags included. 
Defective gear? We’ll still take it—even if worn.  

Terms and Conditions 
Returns are reviewed and accepted at Aceways. discretion to determine if items are in acceptable condition for return. Our goal is to offer the best experience possible while maintaining the integrity of our 30-Day Trial program. 
Excessive, unreasonable, or suspicious return activity—including potential fraud or abuse—may result in us refusing future returns or transactions.
