Return Policy

Acewaysgolf promises to provide free return service, with no costs incurred by you.

Return Policy:

We offer free returns. If you are dissatisfied with our products, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and include all original packaging to qualify for a refund. For damaged or defective items, we provide replacement or repair services within 18 months of purchase. Refunds are not available for damaged items eligible for replacement.

Please include the original receipt provided at the time of purchase when returning items.

Exchange Policy:

If you receive an item with quality issues or damage, you may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanged items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and include all original accessories and packaging materials.

The original purchase receipt must be included with the exchange.

Please note the following situations are not covered by our return/exchange policy:

Customized or personalized items (except for quality issues)

Any used items or items missing original packaging materials are not eligible for return or exchange.
